Even though it has a high percentage of olive oil, I took a bit of a risk and tried to get a purple swirl in it.\u00a0 (Purple is a challenge because the olive oil is a bit greenish, which can make purple turn gray.)<\/p>\n<p>I think it came out quite well.\u00a0 This one will be ready for sale in another two weeks.
